With £1.5billion of inward investment, Walsall Council is leading on transformative plans that will generate over 1000 new homes and over 4000 jobs for local people.

The report details the extensive long-term plans to build more housing, create jobs, support local businesses and attract investment opportunities.

“ The transformation of Walsall is well underway with exciting projects at various stages of development across the borough and much more in the pipeline. The economy is one of our major priorities and delivering regeneration is how we will drive its success.

As a Council we are committed to working with partners and developers to promote good, sustainable growth throughout the borough and deliver a brighter, healthier future for local people. We have attracted substantial investment already and have ambitious plans for the future and I am delighted to be able to share the progress of these projects at full Council. “
