The Big Community Switch uses the bargaining power of your community to get the best energy deal for you.
Since we joined the scheme in 2017, 1945 residents have switched generating a total saving in energy bills of £318,963, an average of £163.99 saving per person.
The requirement for a green energy tariff has saved 394 tonnes of CO2.

Problems with your switch or energy provider

If you want to make a complaint, contact the energy provider in the first instance. If you're still not happy you can contact the energy ombudsman.
