We produce an annual report on safeguarding services for adults with care and support needs.
It is published by Walsall Council, West Midlands Police and Walsall Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
It includes:

- how we supported adults
- what we learnt from reviews
- what we learnt from multi-agency audits
- how effective our arrangements are
