Most of the event's stalls, children’s rides and catering are centred around the green in front of the Visitor Centre.

The bandstand is on the side of Hatherton Lake, to the left as you walk from the Visitor Centre. There will be catering options on either side of the bandstand. The Acoustic stage will be opposite the Visitor Centre by the green.

There will also be a miniature railway running along the main path between the green and the playground.

Toilets, including disabled toilets are located by the playground and at the Visitor Centre.

Stewards will be available on the day to help.
