To celebrate Heritage Open Day, the Leather Museum will be displaying some of our favourite treasures from our reserve collection which will include:

  • the Prince Rupert bit
  • Jerome K. Jerome’s First World War medical orderly’s tunic and cap
  • Sister Dora’s sewing basket, cross and writing case
