We offer a minimum of 24 days leave per year (pro rata for part-time workers) which rises as your time with the council increases. This is in addition to 9 concessionary days per year.

Commitment to wellbeing

As part of our commitment to ensuring staff wellbeing, all staff and their families residing with them have access to an external Employee Assistance Helpline, who can offer advice and counselling on a number of different subjects.
