Our Ways of Working Policy supports our flexible approach. It enables employees to work flexibly based on customer and service needs.

We offer a minimum of 25 days leave per year (pro rata for part-time employees) which increases with continuous service with the council. This is in addition to 9 bank holiday/concessionary days per year.

All employees have regular supervision. Our Annual Performance Conversation provides an opportunity to have some dedicated time with your manager to review wellbeing, performance and development support.
