We will work directly with the local schools’ Senior Leadership Team (SLT), in a collaborative approach, to ensure the appropriate children and families who meet the HAF funding criteria are targeted with this opportunity. We have selected to have a reserved number of places to ensure that we are utilising the funding effectively and not applying for more than we will use. By ensuring there are a capped number of places available, 30, this will enable the schools we are delivering at and working with to target appropriately. We will be working predominantly with Fibbersley Park Primary Academy and other local primary schools within a 1-mile radius. We will also be supporting the families directly, by being present at the schools to physically help sign up on the school site at pick-up time, to help overcome any EAL, communication, or misunderstanding barriers.
