JP Alternative Education

We are an Ofsted Registered, Good, School who use outdoor activities to engage, nurture and raise the self-esteem of young people who struggle with mainstream education. Working with individuals or groups we tailor programmes to include activities, awards, and qualifications. Based on a beautiful 35-acre site on Cannock Chase, the surroundings create a calm and safe environment for learning.Students at KS2 and KS3 can access a full curriculum mixed in with activities and educational visits. KS4 students receive targeted support in their English, Math and can choose a vocational qualification in Motor Vehicles, Construction, Hospitality & Catering, Barbering or Hair & Beauty. Students can compliment these with awards in Art, Music, Fitness, Well Being & Financial Education. All students will follow a comprehensive PSHE course and receive careers advice. All Year 11 students are found a place in appropriate further education, training, or apprenticeships on leaving the school.
