What we do
To ensure that Walsall residents and businesses are given continued support and guidance on Trading Standards issues we have entered into an agreement with one of our key partners, the Citizens Advice Consumer Service, who provide free confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues both over the phone and online.
Consumers will receive advice directly from the Citizens Advice Consumer Service. These enquiries are shared with Trading Standards who will monitor and assess the information received.
Where a consumer can show that they are unable to deal with a matter themselves or with help of friends, family, etc., Trading Standards may be able to offer some additional support.
If you want advice, to make a complaint or report a breach of Trading Standards law, please contact the Citizens Advice Consumer Service via one or more of the following methods:

- Post - you can only send letters relating to energy or post problems. The Consumer Service does not deal with letters about any other type of problem
