Business waste

Every business has a legal duty of care to ensure their waste is disposed of responsibly. There are many licensed waste disposal companies in the area who can provide a collection service for your business waste. The tips (Fryers Road and Merchants Way household waste recyling sites) cannot take business waste. Find business waste disposal advice on GOV.UK.

Use our Trade Waste Service

We offer a wide range of waste containers and as a licensed waste carrier we offer collection, transportation and disposal of your waste in compliance with the terms of the Environmental Protection Act. We do not collect any hazardous waste from business premises, such as tyres, plasterboard, engine or cooking oil, meat, clinical waste or medical waste.

Arranging a Trade Waste contract

To arrange a trade waste contract complete, sign and return to our Environmental Depot:

We cannot provide business waste collections without a correctly completed and signed Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note.  You must retain your Waste Transfer Notes for a minimum of two years. We may visit your business premises to assess the waste you are producing before collections commence.

To make changes to an existing agreement

Changes can be made by completing a Trade Waste Amendment Form.
