Every business has a legal duty of care to ensure their waste is disposed of responsibly.


There are many licensed waste disposal companies in the area who can provide a collection service for your business waste.

The tips (Fryers Road and Merchants Way household waste recyling sites) cannot take business waste. 


Use our Trade Waste Service 

We are able to offer a wide range of waste containers and as a licensed waste carrier, we offer collection, transportation and disposal of your waste in compliance with the terms of the Environmental Protection Act.


We do not collect any wastes from business premises that are hazardous waste for example, tyres, meat, plasterboard, cooking or engine oils, clinical or medical waste.

Arranging a Trade Waste contract

To arrange a trade waste contract:

  • Complete, sign and return an Trade Waste Agreement Form
  • Complete, sign and return the Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note.
  • Complete, sign and return a Direct Debit mandate form, if required (original, signed form please)


We cannot provide business waste collections without a correctly completed and signed Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note.  You must retain your Waste Transfer Notes for a minimum of two years. 

We may visit your business premises to assess the waste you are producing before collections commence.


To make changes to an existing agreement

Changes can be made by completing a Trade Waste Amendment Form
