Pathway Nexus Group provides personalised, trauma-informed part-time tuition and mentoring for children and young people aged 5–18 who are out of school, awaiting placement, at risk of exclusion, experiencing SEND/SEMH needs, or living in care settings. We deliver structured academic support in English, Maths, Science and wider curriculum/Functional Skills, alongside mentoring under our Character, Confidence and Careers framework. Provision can be delivered in the home, in school, in an agreed community venue or online, depending on the pupil’s needs and the commissioner’s requirements. Our focus is on re-engagement, improved attendance, measurable academic progress and preparing learners for reintegration into mainstream/specialist settings or progression onto further education, training or employment.
