We deliver bespoke alternative provision, pupil assessments, careers advice and guidance and curriculum support, alongside staff training in inclusive and therapeutic approaches. Rooted in values of empathy, empowerment, and unconditional positive regard, Pathfinder focuses on creating safe, structured environments where pupils can rebuild confidence, regulate emotions, and re-engage with learning. Young people have the opportunity to be supported through their personal development alongside achieving recognised qualifications enabling them to progress onto the next stage of their journey with positive outcomes.
