Fleet Tutors

Fleet Education Services (FES) provides high-quality, flexible education and mentoring support for children and young people through one-to-one and small group provision. Sessions can be delivered face-to-face or online, either in school, at an agreed community venue, or in the learner's home. We deliver a broad range of literacy and numeracy support (including Functional Skills and ESOL) across the Local Authority, alongside mainstream curriculum subjects from EYFS to post-16. We also facilitate examination entry for curriculum subjects at approved centres and can deliver Functional Skills examinations in the learner's home where appropriate. In addition to tuition, we offer tailored mentoring services, including attendance mentoring, progression mentoring, and transition support, helping learners overcome barriers to education and achieve positive outcomes. Our approach focuses on re-engaging learners with education by building confidence, resilience, self-worth, and self-regulation, while promoting positive health and wellbeing. Every programme is bespoke to the individual, using evidence-based teaching and mentoring stratagies to create meaningful learning experiences, raise aspirations, and promote equality of opportunity.
