At Elite, every learner follows a personalised timetable designed around their strengths, interests, and goals. Our vocational pathways lead to Level 2 Diplomas in areas such as Construction, Health & Social Care, Motor Mechanics, Sports & Leisure, Catering, and several other hands-on subjects. Functional Skills are central to our offer, taught in small groups of just 1-4 students so each young person gets the attention, encouragement, and guidance needed to succeed.
