Build and Conquer

Our Financial Literacy Framework is a structured, progressive programme that teaches children and young people how money works in real life from EYFS through to Post 16. It covers earning, spending, saving, budgeting, borrowing and debt awareness, as well as investing, passive income, entrepreneurship and side hustles. Students learn not just how to manage money, but how to grow it and make informed long term financial decisions. The framework uses practical, real-world scenarios rather than abstract theory, helping young people build confidence, agency and independent thinking. It includes fully planned lessons, worksheets, teacher guidance, assessment prompts, curriculum mapping and functional skills alignment, making it ready to deliver with minimal preparation. Alongside the classroom resources, we provide CPD, strengthening staff subject knowledge and ensuring confident, consistent delivery. The framework is designed for early years, primary and secondary schools, colleges, Alternative Provision organisations and some SEND settings. It strengthens career education by clearly linking money to employment pathways, entrepreneurship and future planning, and it is particularly effective in Alternative Provision contexts where confidence, independance and a real world application are key.
