Problems on land we do not manage

If there’s a problem on land that belongs to Walsall Council, you can tell us about it and we will sort it out. If it's on land that belongs to someone else, we may still be able to help.

When we can help

In some cases, we may have legal powers to force the landowner to fix problems on private land.

If the problem is on unadopted land or we can't find out who the landowner is, we will decide how to deal with it.
