We work with local services, community groups and national organisations to support people who need care.
Local advice and support
If you need help getting online or using council services, Walsall Connected offer:
- help to access council services online
- support to use email and websites
- face-to-face support in local community locations
Walsall Wellbeing Directory contains activities, services and groups to help you live a healthy, active and fulfilling life.
You can also get help from local services such as:

- Citizens Advice Bureau (opens in new tab) for money, debt and benefits advice
- Walsall NHS Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) (opens in new tab) for confidential advice about health-related matters
