Looking after an adult with a learning disability

Many people with learning difficulties get help from from their family. This can range from caring for them every day and night in the family home, to visiting them in their own accommodation.

We know how important carers are to the lives of those with a learning disability. If you're a carer, we want to make sure you get the support you need.

We want to work with you to understand your needs and how we can support you when caring for a someone with complex health and support needs.

We can offer a range of support tailored to your individual strengths. If you would like to find out how we can help you as a carer, get in touch with Walsall Carers Hub.
