Admission: No booking required, over 16 years only.
Come and find out about what your body is made of using our Tanita scales, we will provide you with a free personalised assessment which will include
- your weight in kg
- BMI
- BMR
- body fat percentage
- visceral fat
- muscle mass
- and lots more
You will not be able to use our scales if you are pregnant, under 16 or have a medical device such as a Pacemaker or an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD).
Please also be aware you will be required to remove all footwear including socks as we will not be able to get an accurate reading.
