Report a problem with a manhole cover
Manhole covers are metal plates that cover openings in the ground giving access to underground utilities. They do not include gulley gratings.
If the problem is in an open space or park, please email us instead.
What you need to tell us
To report damage to a manhole cover, you will need to tell us:
- where it is
- the type of damage
A description and photograph of the problem will also be helpful. Only provide photographs if it is safe to do so.
