What’s the Job?


To provide a service of care to clients to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. This Care Service will involve a programme of Personal Care and Household Management that is personalised for each client in the form of a Personal Care Plan.

As a care/support worker you are classed as a front-line worker of the organisation. The care and support we provide to our clients is 24/7, and therefore we need flexibility from all staff to meet the requirements of our clients. You will be required to work alternative weekends to meet our clients needs and company requirements, please bare this mind before accepting the post. Unfortunately, this is a critical requirement to your job role, as this ensures that the company treats everyone equally.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, cheerful outgoing personality, interested in the care and welfare of others. Able to handle difficult situations with empathy and consideration. Retains confidential information. Team player and willing to work alternative weekends due to the nature of the job role.

Salary - £NMW

Hours - 3 x 12 hours shifts a week, sometimes possible to split shifts

Required - Applicants with a full clean driving licence and transport is preferred but not essential
