Our customers mean a lot to us here at whg and we are looking for Community Housing Apprentices that want to be excellent at what they do and really make a difference to our customers lives!
We are looking for apprentice to join the organisation, and support our Housing Services, whilst undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Housing and Property Management. At the end of your apprenticeship you will hold an industry recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification which will be supported by two years practical work experience.
In this role you will learn a range of customer service skills in order to provide a professional, accurate, timely, ethical and non-judgemental front line service which meets the needs of whg’s diverse range of customers and stakeholders. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve individual, team and business targets.
To apply you will need a Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (Level 2 / GCSE grade c or above, or equivalent) and good IT skills. A positive attitude is a must, alongside the ability to stay calm under pressure.
