Apprentice Cook/Chef
Working at the Cookery School and Chef Training Centre, main duties will include:
- Food preparation
- Assist in cooking
- Sourcing Ingredients
- Creating Menu’s
- Knife skills
- Food storage
- Food temperature
- Self- employment/pop up restaurants
- Health & Safety
- Cleanliness in the Kitchen
- Taking bookings and marketing the business
- Inventory of stock/produce
Training
- Working towards a recognised Catering qualification
Working Week & Salary
- Flexible hours/days to suit the needs of the business
