More than 6,000 new homes have been delivered in Walsall over the last 10 years. There is an opportunity to lever an additional £800 million of investment and deliver a further 6,000 homes to meet growing housing demand by 2026.

Largely in private ownership, a significant number of housing land opportunities exist in Walsall, ranging from large strategic (>100 homes) to smaller self-build sites.
