Plant Manager and Director at ZF Lemforder
Tim Kibble is the Plant Director at ZF Lemforder UK Ltd, a first-tier supplier of chassis structural parts to the automotive industry based in Darlaston.
ZF is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology. The company has a global workforce of around 137,000 people with approximately 230 locations in 40 countries.
Tim started his profession as a GKN apprentice and began his career at ZF Lemforder in 1992. With over 25 years at ZF Lemforder, holding a variety of different positions in the company, Tim was successfully appointed Plant Director in April 2017.
Tim is also a strong advocate of lifelong learning and graduated in 2011 from University of Wolverhampton with an MBA.
In 2016, Tim became a strategic enterprise advisor for Pool Hayes Academy, based in Willenhall, supporting careers advice by developing educational and business links.
Over the past three years, Tim has also been on the steering group for the Black Country Talent Match, helping young people to gain the skills they need to get into work.
