Having worked in financial services for over 20 years, Bryn Hamer formed a career around new business development and building partnerships to benefit Customers. Joining as Product Manager in 2000, Bryn was later appointed Customer Director of HomeServe Membership (HML) in 2017.
Holding overall responsibility for HomeServe’s Customer experience including product development, Bryn oversees the delivery of products and services that ensure we are providing the best possible service to Customers, during every experience they have with HomeServe, helping make their lives easier. In January 2017, an independent survey from the Institute of Customer Service showed that HomeServe is the most improved company in the UK for Customer satisfaction in the Services Sector.
Ensuring Customers are at the heart of everything HomeServe does, Bryn holds a significant role in the management of CustomerFirst, a daily meeting in which HomeServe goes above and beyond, bringing our promises to life by empowering People to make change and doing the right thing for those Customers who need it most.
Graduating from the University of Leicester with a 2:1 in Economic and Social History, Bryn was awarded a post graduate degree in IT training through research with the European Social Fund. Passionate about improving the local area, Bryn is a member of the Walsall Economic Board, who meet regularly to discuss Walsall's business economy.
Bryn lives locally to Walsall with his wife Nicola and three children, spending time outside of work with a large circle of family and friends.
