Electric vehicles

The government has confirmed its ambition to see at least half of new cars to be ultra low emission by 2030 as part of plans to make the UK the best place in the world to build and own an electric vehicle.

Walsall Council supports cleaner vehicle technology to reduce the impact of emissions. In collaboration with the other Black Country Authorities, we are formulating a strategy to support the roll-out of infrastructure. Details will appear on this web page and when they do, you will have a chance to share your views.
