Foster Care Fortnight is the UK’s biggest annual fostering campaign which aims to showcase how foster care transforms lives. This year, Foster Care Fortnight started on 13 May and runs until 26 May and Walsall Council is holding a number of events to provide information to those interested in becoming foster carers.

People in Walsall are being urged to unite against child sexual exploitation (CSE) and make a personal pledge to help tackle the abuse.
Councils across the West Midlands, including Walsall Council, along with West Midlands Police, are supporting national CSE awareness day today Monday 18 March.
Organised by the national charity NWG Network, which is dedicated to helping combat CSE, the day aims to encourage everyone to think, spot and speak out against abuse.
