Walsall Council is now accepting applications for the National Lock-down grant scheme. The government have announced a business grant scheme to cover the 4 week national lock down period. The scheme will cover businesses occupying properties subject to business rates that have been mandated to close by Central Government.
Walsall Council’s draft revenue budget for 2021/22 to 2023/24 was reported to Cabinet at their meeting last night, Wednesday 28 October, and was approved to open for public consultation today.
Walsall Businesses have been given a deadline for applying for government grants designed to provide support during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The government has announced that the Small Business Grant scheme will be ending on 28 August 2020.
