Walsall Cabinet approves Additional Licensing Scheme for HMOS Houses of Multiple Occupation

Walsall Cabinet has approved an Additional Licensing Scheme for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) following an extensive 15 week consultation which took place earlier this year.  The proposed Licensing Scheme which went to Cabinet on 20 October will help improve the standard and management of private rented houses in multiple occupation (HMO) in key parts of the borough.
