From Monday 24 September to Friday 28 September, Walsall Council published a daily round up of reports of fly-tipping incidents on Facebook to raise awareness of just how widespread this criminal behaviour is. A shocking 87 reports came in, just from those five days.

Pearl Fish Bar in Palfrey got the Mayor’s seal of approval recently after he visited to taste the food first hand and present the business with a special Gold Switch award. The council Health Switch programme helps takeaways explore low cost options, which are healthy for customers and good for their business.
