Swimming pool timetables

From 6th September onwards, we will be returning to a pre-covid style of programming and session capacities will return to close to their pre-covid levels allowing more people to use the pools.

Advanced bookings will only be available for pool sessions where capacity is an issue and sessions are likely to become full. Bookable sessions are clearly marked on pool timetables.

The majority of our sessions do not fill therefore do not require a booking facility. Building bookings into a programme makes it very fragmented, and gives only short sessions with gaps in-between them, thus reducing flexibility.

For non-bookable sessions you can simply turn up and swim at your convenience.  Where bookings are available this is optional rather than mandatory (you can just turn up but we cannot guarantee there will be a space).

Please help us to stay Covid safe:

  • All sessions can be booked in advance, either online or by telephone, but this is optional not mandatory (you can just turn up, but we cannot guarantee a space).
  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and try to remain distanced from those you do not live with before and after the class.
  • Wipes will still be available for you to use to wipe over equipment.

Gym

Having moved to Step 4 our gyms have been returned to previous layouts and capacities increased.

From 6th September we will no longer operate an advanced booking system for any of our gyms. This is because they are large enough to never reach capacity, meaning that bookings are not required and could only restrict your usage by people booking and not turning up.

By removing bookings you are now able to simply turn up and use your gym at your convenience.

Should capacities become an issue in the future, then bookings may be re-introduced.

Please help us to stay Covid safe:

  • Come dressed ready to use the gym and only use changing facilities if absolutely necessary.
  • Sanitise all gym equipment before and after use with the materials provided.
  • Wash and sanitise your hands regularly during your workout.
  • With careful adult supervision 11-15yr olds (Bloxwich and Oak Park) and 14-15yr olds (Darlaston & Gala) are allowed to use the gym
  • Please respect staff and other users during this difficult time.
