Our fitness staff are here to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether its advice on diet, making changes to your fitness plan, or just a friendly face to keep you motivated, we are always happy to help.
Day 1 - Getting you started
Once you have been shown around the facilities and chosen the best membership for you, all you will need to do is complete our short PAR-Q medical form.
We will then book your 'all about you' session with your allocated fitness instructor.
If you are a confident and experienced gym user there is no delay - you can start today! By completing the quick start disclaimer you are able to go ahead and use the gym until your 'all about you' session.
Week 1 - All about you
You will be introduced to your personal instructor, who will find out:
- about you
- what you want to achieve
- which equipment you enjoy using
Together you will set some fitness goals, and our instructor will get you started with a personal workout plan.
Weeks 2 to 3 - review and catch-up
Time for a catch-up with your fitness instructor. You can make small changes to your personal work out plan, making sure you are happy and motivated.
Weeks 5 to 6 - Look good, feel great, go again!
Our fitness team will review your fantastic results, and the progress you have made. Your personal fitness plan will be updated with new exercises added to keep challenging your body and keep you motivated.
