King George V Memorial Playing Fields

King George Vth Memorial Playing Fields is a large park near the centre of Bloxwich, just north of the town centre.
The site features multiple football, rugby, and cricket pitches all available to hire, and has 1500m circular path around the whole of the park. There is also a childrens play area near the main car park, accessible just off Stafford Road, the A34.

From the summer half term this is one of three sites where we have our Splash Pads open regularly, with the other parks being Walsall Arboretum and Willenhall Memorial Park. King George Vth is also a site where we host one of our annual bonfire and firework events.

As well as the vehicle access and car park off Stafford Road; there are pedestrian gates off Birkdale Road, Bealeys Lane, and Bell Lane. The Bell Lane entrance is well serviced by buses; with the 70, 89, and 301 bus stops nearby.

Other green spaces nearby include Leamore Park, Rough Wood Chase, and Bloxwich Park.
