Walsall Public Health COVID-19 helpline
Walsall Council's public health team is operating a seven-day COVID-19 advice line between 8am and 8pm. The service is staffed by members of the public health and health protection team and should be the first point of call for all local coronavirus incidents or queries. The team is in place to provide help with guidance that can reduce the spread of the virus and also to support local businesses with COVID-19 related issues. Businesses may be informed of a confirmed case of COVID-19 by the NHS Test & Trace service, if so we are advising them to contact the team as soon as possible. They will work with you to assess the risks and advise you of what actions to take. By taking this early action they could stop a major outbreak.
