Mayoral invitations
If you'd like to invite the Mayor to an event, or arrange a visit to the Mayor's parlour for your group, you'll need to:
- download and complete the relevant form
- return it to us by email or post
We will check the Mayor’s availability and send you a written reply.
If they are unable to attend, we will offer the Deputy Mayor’s attendance instead.
Inviting the Mayor to a function
You’ll need to include:
- date and time of the event
- full address of the venue
- a brief description of what the event is for
- further details if you want the Mayor to address the guests or perform a specific duty (for example, cutting a ribbon)

Visiting the Mayor’s parlour
You’ll need to include:

- how many people will be attending
- further details if you want the Mayor to address the guests or perform a specific duty (for example, make a presentation)
