Bridge Street/Ablewell Street Townscape Heritage Initiative

The Bridge Street/Ablewell Street Townscape Heritage Initiative was a scheme funded by Walsall Council, Heritage Lottery Fund and Advantage West Midlands until 2011.

The THI scheme ran between 2007-2011.  The aims of the scheme were to regenerate this area of Walsall through offering grants to repair, restore and reuse its historic buildings.  In total nine projects were grant aided.  Find out more about the projects undertaken.
