Planned upgrade to our payments systems on Thursday 27th April 2023 from 06:00

We are implementing new payment solutions across the Council. As a result, some payment systems will be unavailable Thursday 27th April from 06:00.

Available payments:

Customer telephone payments

Parking payment machines

Cash, Direct Debits, direct bank transfers

 

Unavailable payments:

All self-service card transactions processed through the website

Payments from market traders using mobile payments

Telephone payments processed by service area or call centre agents

Most Chip & Pin services
