How to register for MyAccount
MyAccount lets you use lots of council services online in one place. Find out how to sign in or register.
How to register for MyAccount – video guide
This short video shows you how to sign in if you already have an account, or register if you're new.
How to sign in
- Select sign in / register at the top of your screen.
- On the next page, select sign in / register again.
- Follow the on‑screen steps to sign in.
How to register if you don't have an account
You need to register before you can use MyAccount.
- Select sign up now.
- Enter your email address and select send verification code.
- Check your email and enter the code we send you.
- Select verify code.
- Create a strong password.
- Enter your name and select register.
- Enter your address, date of birth and contact number.
- Choose how you want us to contact you:
- text
- post
- Select update.
You are now signed up.
What you can do with MyAccount
Once you are signed up, select sign in / register to manage your MyAccount.
With MyAccount, you can:
- access services online
- report problems to us
- apply for council services
If you need help
If you have problems signing in or registering, you can:
- go to a Walsall Connected hub, where we'll show you how to use MyAccount
- phone the customer experience centre and we will take you through the process
