Admission: 11 years and over.
We offer supervised Junior Gym sessions for young people aged 11 to 15 years. All sessions are overseen by a qualified member of our fitness team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Before attending their first session, participants must complete an ‘All About You’ meeting with our fitness staff, please contact the centre to arrange this
