Report a problem with a road sign
Road signs give warnings or information to drivers about directions, distances and road conditions. If a sign is damaged or missing, you can report it.
If the problem is graffiti on the sign, you should report grafitti instead.
There's a different process for reporting problems with street name signs.
What you need to tell us
To report a problem with a road sign, you will need to tell us where it is.
A description and photograph of the problem will also be helpful. Only provide photographs if it is safe to do so.
